This is a photo of Sgt. Robert Martin "Bob" Waddell, mechanic with the 323rd Squadron (worked on Nine O Nine), talking with a local British girl. Jacqueline used to ride her bicycle from Royston, Hertfordshire to the base at Bassingbourn to see Bob. They were later married.
